Terms of Service

Who we are

dlgt.ai is software for benefits brokers. It captures meetings, organizes employer information, and helps you keep up with the work between renewals. The service is operated by the team at dlgt.ai. When we say "we" or "us" in this document, that's who we mean. When we say "you," we mean you, the person using the product.

Using the service

You may use dlgt.ai for your own work as a benefits broker or as a member of a broker's team. You agree not to do anything that would obviously harm us or the other brokers using the product. That includes:

• Reverse engineering or scraping the service.
• Uploading content you do not have the right to upload, including recordings of conversations you do not have legal authority to record.
• Sharing your sign-in credentials with people outside your team.
• Using dlgt.ai to send unsolicited bulk email or to violate any law that applies to your work as a broker.

Your content stays yours

Meeting recordings, transcripts, notes, employer records, and every other piece of information you put into dlgt.ai belong to you. We process them on your behalf so the product can do its job. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models without your written agreement.

If you cancel, you can export your data on the way out. After a reasonable wind-down window we delete it from our active systems. Backup copies age out on the schedule described in the privacy policy.

Recordings

dlgt.ai records meetings when you ask it to. Recording laws vary by state and by country. It is your responsibility to know the law where you are and where the other people on the call are, and to get whatever consent that law requires before you press record. We surface a recording indicator inside the product to help, but the legal duty sits with you.

Billing

If you are on a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees described when you signed up. We bill in advance for the term you chose. Refunds inside an annual term are handled case by case. If we change pricing, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change applies to your account.

The boring legal part

dlgt.ai is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will never have a bug, miss an entity, or be unavailable for a window. To the extent the law allows it, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the service. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period.

We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or if continuing to provide the service would create real risk for us or for other customers. We will give you reasonable notice and a chance to fix things first when we can.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we change something material, we will email account owners and post the change on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
